BENEFITS SUMMARY

CalsonicKansei North America, Inc, is committed to providing the finest health and welfare programs to ensure total well-being for the employee and family. The company is proud of the wide array of benefits offered to employees, which increases the total compensation considerably. The following is a summary of benefits offered:

Retirement—CalsonicKansei provides dollar-for-dollar matching 401(k) contributions up to 5% of pay. CalsonicKansei also contributes an additional 2% of base pay to the 401(k) regardless of participation.

Healthcare—CalsonicKansei offers PPO medical and dental coverage with pharmacy cards. To promote wellness and to educate the workforce, an annual health fair is provided in which one of the many activities includes a complete blood profile at minimal expense. EAP, Dental, and Vision benefits are also available.

Insurance—Employees receive basic and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) life insurance. There's opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself or dependents. Coverage is available for both short-term and long-term disability with employees contributing a percentage of their salary toward the premium.

Holidays/Vacations—CalsonicKansei observes approximately thirteen paid holidays each year, which culminate with a Christmas shutdown. Additionally, vacation time ranges from two weeks for one- to four-year employees, three weeks for five-year employees, and an additional day per year for 11- to 14-year employees. Fifteen-year employees receive four weeks vacation.

Education—CalsonicKansei believes in investing in its employees. Education Expense Reimbursement is provided for approved graduate and undergraduate programs.

Uniforms—Yearly allowance is provided to purchase company uniforms, safety shoes and safety glasses.

Product Discount—As a CalsonicKansei employee, you are eligible to participate and earn discounts in the Vehicle Purchase Plan with the world's leading automotive companies. Also available is a Computer Purchase Plan through a leading computer company.

Voluntary Benefits—Voluntary benefits, such as intensive care and cancer coverage, flex system, life insurance, auto and home insurance, and home loan discounts are available to employees through payroll deductions.
