Retirement—CalsonicKansei provides dollar-for-dollar matching 401(k) contributions up to 5% of pay.

Healthcare—CalsonicKansei offers PPO medical and dental coverage with pharmacy cards. The facilities located in Lewisburg and Shelbyville, TN, each have an onsite clinic that is operated by a third party. These clinics offer various medical services free of charge to full time CalsonicKansei team members and their covered dependants.

Insurance—Employees receive basic and accidental death and dismemberment (AD&D) life insurance. There's opportunity to purchase supplemental life insurance for yourself or dependents. Coverage is available for both short-term and long-term disability with employees contributing a percentage of their salary toward the premium.

Holidays/Vacations—CalsonicKansei observes approximately thirteen paid holidays each year, which culminate with a Christmas shutdown. Additionally, vacation time ranges from two weeks for one- to four-year employees, three weeks for five-year employees, and an additional day per year for 11- to 14-year employees. Fifteen-year employees receive four weeks vacation.
